12-12:45pm fitCHIX Lunch Blast
4 days/week
Mon/Wed/Thurs: 45 min workout women only
plus Sat 8am: 1 hour with all fitness groups
This is for the beginner exerciser or 
getting back into fitness
Also includes nutrition education/feedback
$139 (only $119 with bonus discount)

6 & 9am workouts Mon-Thurs
Plus  Saturday 8am co-ed workout

3 days a week (M/W/TH)

Indoor strength/conditioning/cardio/yoga/pilates

1 day a week (Tues) 

Outdoor group meet-up cardio (run/walk) at various park locations

fitCHIX is a training program for women of all levels to create a lasting healthy lifestyle. Not only will you take part in workouts that will increase strength and stamina but you will learn about nutrition. Our goal for our CHIX is that they reach their goals and every CHIX has a different goal. Many ladies find themselves participating in a 5k, Triathlon, Mud Runs or even half marathon while others strive to inspire those close to them to become healthier.  

Weight and inches are lost in this program and
self esteem is gained!
